Between Tuesday’s State of the Union address, yesterday’s Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on Comprehensive Immigration Reform, and the larger debates around citizenship and enforcement, there’s been a lot of dialogue -– both positive and problematic — around the role of immigrants in this country.
