Student loan rates doubled today, which made me sad.
Then I looked at UC tuition, which was less than $500 for George Takei, UCLA class of 1960. By contrast, the average college graduate today has nearly $25k in loans, which made me mad.
I also learned that 47% of AAPI households are very concerned about student loan debt, and 60% are very concerned about paying for higher education, and that made me not feel so alone. Now what?
